Father in heaven, today we lift up the candidates to you, asking that you would guide them and help them to lead and govern graciously and justly. May those who are elected be people who care for all, and stand up for all people, especially those who are overlooked. Lord, we trust in you, that you will raise up the right leaders for the right moment in time that we face. We ask that you would bless and guide each candidate today, may they know peace and strength as they do the work of campaigning. We pray this all in Jesus’ name. Amen.
