Lord, today we pause to pray for the Honourable Jinny Sims, as you have called her to serve not only the people from the riding of Surrey-Panorama, but also to utilize her extensive experience in the field of education as former president of the BC Teachers Federation to benefit and bless others. Grant Jinny insight, wisdom and discernment as she now serves as the Minister of Citizen Services, seeking to provide wise policies to benefits all citizens of BC. Guide her thoughts and decisions as she brings counsel and advice to the current government. Bless Jinny and her extended family in rich and abundant ways in this coming year. Amen………
Jinny Sims was elected as the MLA for Surrey-Panorama in 2017. She is the Minister of Citizens’ Services. In 2011, Jinny was elected as the Member of Parliament for Newton-North Delta, and served as the critic for International Cooperation, Critic for Immigration and Critic for Employment. Jinny is a mother and grandmother, and is proud to call Surrey home.
