Father, we thank you for the Honourable R.J. Sigurdson today, and ask that you would bless him today. Encourage him and fill him with new, innovative ideas that will help the people of Alberta. R.J. Sigurdson was elected to represent the constituency of Highwood, on April 16, 2019. He is the Minister of Agriculture and Irrigation. Prior to serving as a Member, Mr. Sigurdson worked with Avalanche Air Systems as a senior project/general manager and shareholder. He also has extensive experience as a red seal sheet metal worker. Mr. Sigurdson has been an active volunteer with organizations such as Shriners International. He enjoys spending time with his wife and children as well as camping, fishing and hunting.
