Colleen Robbins was born in Deloraine and lives in Souris, Manitoba. She is a nurse by profession and has also been involved in business and community leadership. She has owned local businesses and previously served as President of the Souris Chamber of Commerce, focusing on small business and rural economic development. Her community involvement includes volunteering with organizations such as Manitoba Crime Stoppers and To the Stan and Back, which supports veterans and frontline personnel living with PTSD. Robbins has participated in political activities, including volunteering on election campaigns and within the Conservative Party. She currently serves as the MLA for Spruce Woods and lives with her husband, Rick; they have three children and eight grandchildren.
