MLA Jordan Sturdy, West Vancouver-Sea to Sky

Heavenly Father, we lift Jordan Sturdy, MLA for West Vancouver-Sea to Sky, up to you in prayer. Thank you for his work in the community and in legislature. In 1 Chronicles 16:34 we read “Give thanks to the Lord, for He is good; For His faithfulness is everlasting”. We ask for your ingenuity and wisdom in all areas of Mr. Sturdy’s service. We pray continued blessings upon him and his family in their harvest season and throughout the rest of the year. Please hold them in your loving arms of protection and good health. Jordan Sturdy was elected as MLA for West Vancouver-Sea to Sky in 2013 and re-elected in 2017 and 2020. He currently serves as the Official Opposition critic for Fisheries, Aquaculture and BC Ferries. Jordan entered public service as a local trustee for the Pemberton Valley Dyking District. He has served the Sea to Sky Corridor in a variety of capacities, including as a member of the Squamish Lillooet Regional District Board, Director of the Fraser Basin Council, Lower Mainland Treaty Advisory Committee executive committee member, SLRD Hospital District Chair, and Sea to Sky Regional Hospital District Director. Jordan has also served as president of the Whistler Farmers’ Market Society and director of the BC Association of Farmers’ Markets. Jordan and his wife Trish own and operate North Arm Farm, which grows organic vegetables and berries, in Pemberton, where they have lived since 1989.
