MLA Mark Wasyliw, Fort Garry

Father, thank you for MLA Mark Wasyliw. I pray you would continue to give him direction, increased vision and wisdom as he faces the issues at hand. Refresh and strengthen him daily. Mark Wasyliw is a husband and father, a lawyer, and a former school trustee with the Winnipeg School Division. As a lawyer, Mark has been a passionate advocate for protecting Manitoba’s rights and serving as Commissioner for the Residential Tenancies Branch. He volunteers with an organization that advocates for those who have been wrongfully convicted. As school trustee, Mark led efforts to expand French language programs, create Manitoba’s first bilingual Spanish program and build a water safety program for elementary students. Mark lives in Fort Garry with his wife and three children and coaches football with the Corydon Community Club. He serves as the NDP Official Opposition’s Critic for Finance.
