Lord, we lift up Michelle Mungall, member for Nelson-Creston. We thank you for her decision to pursue public service at an early age and champion the causes of those most in need not only in her community but also those globally. Grant her wisdom and clarity in all the committee’s and sub-committees she serves on and that the families of those most vulnerable in BC would be impacted through the ideas and strategies she brings forward. We speak blessing over her marriage and extended family. Amen.
Michelle Mungall was re-elected as MLA for Nelson-Creston in May 2013.
In 2002, Michelle was the youngest person ever elected to Nelson city council. Seven years later, at age 31, Michelle became the first woman elected as MLA in Nelson-Creston.
