MLA Mike Morris, Prince George-Mackenzie (Demo)

Thank you for the faithfulness and wisdom of MLA Mike Morris to the people of his riding and the rest of our great province.  We pray especially in this past season of devastating fires, that he and other legislatures who have stood in the gap to resolve the innumerable problems as a result. We pray diligently for Divine miracles of provision, along with Your leading and direction to help bring back some degree of normalcy. We pray Mike would receive an extra portion of Your strength, confidence and insight, in solving these difficult issues. May he and his family know your Presence of Peace.  We pray in Jesus name Amen……………………..

Mike Morris was elected MLA for Prince George-Mackenzie in 2013 and re-elected in 2017. Before being elected to the B.C. Legislature, Mike had a 32-year career in the RCMP, retiring in 2005 as the Superintendent for the North District. Mike has also been an adjudicator and mediator with the Health Professions Review Board, has served on the Drug Benefit Council for BC since 2009, and is the Past President of the BC Trappers Association. Mike has lived in Prince George for nearly two decades, and spent the majority of his RCMP career in northern communities. He and his wife Chris have been married for more than 35 years. They have two sons and five grandchildren.
