MLA Mintu SANDHU, The Maples

Today, we lift MLA Mintu Sandhu and the constituency of The Maples. We appreciate the desire and dedication of Mintu and ask that you give him continued favour among his colleagues and constituents. Mintu Sandhu immigrated to Canada with his family as a teenager and has lived in The Maples for 30 years. In that time, he has volunteered in the community coaching basketball, mentoring young people, fundraising for local schools, and volunteering at the Gurdwara Kalgidhar Darbar temple. Mintu was elected MLA for The Maples in September of 2019 and is the Critic for MPI. Prior to his election he owned a business and held a leadership position at a Winnipeg taxicab company. He’s helped to modernize systems and create good jobs by serving on the provincial Motor Transport Board. Mintu has been married to his wife Inderjit for over two decades and has three children.
