MLA Todd Goudy, Melfort

Father, I thank you for the courage that you have raised up within Todd Goudy to speak truth and to be an encouragement to all people. I pray that you favour him with the capacity to remain true to his words and to exhibit the faith that you have placed in him. In his elected position and in his legislative assignments we pray that you would provide him with a keen ear to hear and understand and a clear mind for discerning real solutions to real problems. Father, we also pray that he will be blessed with more time with his family than expected and a knowledge that those times are a gift from you. Amen.

Todd Goudy was elected MLA for Melfort on March 1, 2018. He was raised in Melfort and agriculture was a daily focus of his family while growing up. After spending time in Alberta, Todd returned to Melfort with his wife Tannis and their six children in 2007. Since moving back to Melfort, Todd has served as a pastor in the Baptist Church and has enjoyed the opportunity to serve the town that served him while he was growing up. For the past 8 years, Todd has been on the board of education as a Trustee of the North East School Division. More recently, he has been a chaplain for the RCMP and has been working as part of the Health Advocacy Committee that was responsible for bringing the new Wellness Centre to Melfort. Todd currently serves Saskatchewan as Provincial Secretary and as a member of the Public Accounts Committee.
