Father, thank you for MNA Pierre Arcand whom you have raised to the position of Official Opposition Critic for the Development of Regions and the Metropolis. We pray that you will grant him all the necessary wisdom as he brings to light the various issues he faces. May you bless his efforts as he seeks to improve the quality of life of all Quebecers.
