Doly Begum was elected in the 2018 provincial election to the riding of Scarborough Southwest. At 29 Doly was the youngest New Democrat among the party’s caucus. She immigrated with her family from Bangladesh. She is a graduate of the University of Toronto with Hon. B.A. in Political Science.
