Lord Jesus, thank You for NDP House Leader Gilles Bisson and his many years of service to the people of Timmins and Ontario. Thank You Lord, for his desire to help the First Nations people and his desire to be a strong voice for the North. Grant him heavenly wisdom, help him to see his need of You, bless Him and his entire family. Amen.
First elected in 1990 in the former riding of Cochrane South, Gilles Bisson has proudly served the people of Timmins for 28 years. Currently the NDP House Leader, Caucus Critic for Natural Resources and Forestry, and Critic for the Attorney General. A lifelong resident of Timmins, Gilles and wife Murielle have made the city their home for the last 41 years, and are the proud parents of daughters Julie Bisson-Gardner and Natalie Bisson-Wakeford, as well as devoted grandparents of Nathaniel, Victoria, Elissa and Eva.
