Thank You, Father, for MPP Laura Mae Lindo and the responsibilities which You have bestowed upon her. Father, we ask for Your wisdom and Your guidance in all she puts her hand to. Help her to see, understand, and trust Your plan for our province. We ask You would reveal to her where corrections need to be made for our province to best serve people of all races and all citizens. Thank You for her service to the people of Kitchener. Please lead the people to trust her leadership and for there to be clear and open communication between her and those she is representing. We ask this in Jesus’ name, Amen………………
As Director of Diversity and Equity at Wilfrid Laurier University, Laura Mae works closely with Focus on Ethnic Women, The Working Centre and the Sexual Assault Support Centre. She has a PhD in Education and deep roots in Kitchener where she fights for high quality services and support for our community. Her focus is on providing leadership for people in need to access better health care, seniors’ care, public transit and education. When not working on equity issues or community development, Laura Mae, a former performer and recording artist, is a mother of three.
